About Us

We are a small scale regen­er­a­tive organ­ic fam­i­ly farm. We use bio inten­sive farm­ing meth­ods to pro­duce remark­ably high yields in a small space. 

The beds are con­tin­u­al­ly replant­ed through the grow­ing sea­son and year round in hoop­hous­es. We do this by main­tain­ing very fer­tile soil. We use per­ma­nent beds that reduce our soil dis­tur­bance. Beds are not tilled but prepped by hand with a broad­fork to loosen soil then light­ly tilthed and raked. This reduces weed pres­sure, increas­es organ­ic mat­ter and reduces dis­ease pres­sure. Reg­u­lar appli­ca­tions of com­post main­tain and increase healthy bio­log­i­cal soil life. 

We raise a small flock of 200 free range egg lay­ing hens. Our hens are fed cer­ti­fied organ­ic feed and allowed access to pas­ture everyday. 

The farm grows over 40 vari­eties of veg­eta­bles, herbs, micro­greens and eggs for our CSA, online store and farm­ers mar­ket cus­tomers since 2008
