Our Saturday Outdoor Season Begins April 16, 2022: Celebrating 50 Years

Beginning Saturday, April 16, 2022, and running each Saturday through November 12, 2022, the Dane County Farmers’ Market (DCFM) will host its weekly Saturday Market on the Square from 6:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

On July 9, during Art Fair on the Square, the DCFM will be held at Breese Stevens Field.

The DCFM Wednesday Market on the 200 Block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. will begin Wednesday April 20, 2022, and continue through November 2, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

The DCFM Late Winter Market at Garver Feed Mill will continue April 2 and April 9.

EBT services are provided every market at the Information Booth.

This year, the DCFM also celebrates its 50th anniversary. The DCFM was founded in September of 1972 with just five farmers set up on the Capitol Square. Now, with over 250 producers, the DCFM has grown to be a tradition in Madison. Local Wisconsin producers have been essential to keeping the market going and growing. Visit us any Saturday or Wednesday this year, rain or shine, to experience Wisconsin Goodness.
