About us:

John and Jane and sons Owen, age 15, and Vaughan, age 12, began selling potatoes at the Market in 1993. John grew many cultivars of potatoes while in graduate school, and we enjoyed the many flavors and textures possible. At that time, there were few growers supplying multiple potatoe varieties organically at the Market, so we saw a need that fit what we loved to grow.

How we make our products:

Harvesting potatoes is an awesome experience, especially in September and October when crops are dying or going into dormancy. The view from our hillside and ridgetop potato fields is breathtaking.
