About us:
In the spring of 1988, we moved to a new farm. With all the publicity about the drought, customers thought there wasn't anything available at the Market we had been at for 10 years, so they weren't coming. A friend told us to try Madison. It's been great for us ever since.
How we make our products:
Our Nightmare Pepper Sauce is made from the hottest of the peppers we grow. It started as a two-jar batch as a gift for friends that were retiring to Texas. We also make a hot cherry jam from our hot sauce and Door County cherries. We make it all from scratch, but because we don't grow the cherries, it isn't available at the Madison Market. It is on our website and at the other markets we do.
